I have a family fried who is a british citizen and has recently married someone who has an OCI

can the British citizen apply for an OCI based on spouse OCI and if so what documents are required

I have already applied for the passport along with the naturalization. Its been 3 weeks I had my BC,but haven't received any letter from HO on advising what to do next. So was a bit worried.

Hello, I have had my British citizenship two weeks back, in the letter received from the HO it says after the BC, I have to submit my BRP. But I don't have a BRP card. So to apply fir naturalisation I skip the biometrics part and wait fir home office to send me the letter ...just that dont want to get it wrong and incurr an expense

Many thanks fir reply. But I haven't got the home office bar code letter i received my ilr in in 2009 and i believe it didnt say anything about registering for biometrics

i am the spouse of BC & have been on Work permit dependant initially when i first arrived in Uk in Jan 2010 & through my spouse dependant application i gained my ILR in march 2013.
