Hey thanks,

I just want to ask you too. I worked for 10 months under SEGS visa then got my 5 years work permit. Do you know if the 10 months counts towards the 5 years work that lead to ILR? Meaning I can applying for ILR 10 months before my current WP or my next tier one expires?

Does the 10 month full time work on SEGS counts towards the 5 years work need before getting ILR? I got my WP 10 months after working on SEGS. This means I should be able to apply to ILR 10 months before my WP expires?
