Apply for FLR (FP) and then vary ur application to SET (LR) once u hv completed 10 yr ......u can vary ur application any tym after 01.11.14

its a bit complicated ....since u didn't apply within 28days after ur visa expiry so u made an out of time application on 9th June so in a way there r right to consider u r overstayer until u got ur new visa but on the other hand they gave u the tier 2 visa that means dey disregard dat overstay peri...

FLR (FP) applying on da basis of private life only to buy some time so that u can hv 10 yrs and then vary ur application to SET (LR).

section 3c doesn't cover u on JR......were u given permission to appeal to upper tribunal
If u hv exhausted all ur appeal rights n u don't make a successful fresh application u'll be considered overstayer.

well whn is ur tier 2 expiring even if u get curtailment letter u wuld hv 60 days n could make a fresh LR application however dey consider ur existing application first before sending u curtailment letter sooo u shld be ok.

hv u done ur biometrics ?

It seems odd that da company is shut overnight......try chasing wid HR .....if its 10 yr Long residence application n u already hv spent 10 yrs lawful residence shld be ok.....could consult a good solicitor

You would get another ID card after the expiry of existing if u r still residing btw Ten year seems a long time. No one knows what the immigration rules would be like in 2024.
U r better off getting a British Passport to be on safe side if u want to live in this country. :D

salary needs to be 35k whether u work 37.5hrs or 39hrs a week as long it hits da threshold u'll be ok.
