HI There,

I just recieved my daughter registration certificate from the home office today, i want to apply for my daughter british passport, can anyone shed more light on the document i wil send off with the appication.

Form MN1

The refrence on MN1, Can a family friend sign for one of the reference who's a british citizen and a GP for the other refrence.

Is that ok if she put family friend where they said( say how you know the child)? on the reference form MN1?

It was not ILR that i was issued with then, it was permanent residence, because permanent residence is attain automatically after 5 years of your wife(eu national) exercise treaty. Thanks, guessed both are the same.

The child mother was an overstayer. she's not british, she's a Ghanian.

The child was born while i was still married to my wife and the child was born in U.K. I was named on the birth certificate as being the father of my daughter.

it's not surrogate or ivf. i cheated on my wife before we divorced. that was the main reason we divorced because i pregnate another woman without her knowing and my baby mother and myself are living together now.

And one thing i want to ask is, when i got married in March 2003, do i start counting years since from the time i got marriied in march till date and my wife has been working since then. or the day you were actually given the resident document in 2004.
