Hi Tay my visa expired on 3rd august 2001 and i got an extension in person on 4th august 2001. the other is i applied by post in 2002 1 week before visa expired, but the stamping was done 3 weeks after visa expired. so i was afraid that if their documentation was not right, they will think that ther...

I have got my ilr now under 10 year rule

visa applied-15th July
passport recieved-17th December
total time-22 weeks

did you apply by 10 year rule. do you have any gaps at all. did you call the HO and what do they say. 8 months is a long time to wait.

i think the statements mean different things.i think that because, when i first called them 4 weeks ago, they told me that my application has not been considered yet. then 3 weeks ago they said that my application is being considered. since last week they are saying that it is not completed yet. how...

ilr timeline

applied july 10th
for ilr under long residence category
home office 10 days ago said application being considered.
last week they said application not completed yet.
does anyone know the difference between these two statements. does it mean that a decision is due soon.

timeline

i applied for ilr on long residence rule in July 2009.. when calling, home office says application not compelted yet. does anyone know what this means. 10 days ago they said application is being processed . so, does anyone know the difference.
