A load of rubbish, there would be a lot of challenges to this piece of garbage. There incompetent system would be more incompetent and jammed up with appeals and challenges.

So basically they wrote on the refusal, that an unspent conviction precludes a family member from EEA family permit, under Regulation 12(5). This is crazy.
