first options looks safer to me as well, as you don't want to see some overcrowded reason on visa refusal (even though you think enough space for them)....

I feel sorry for you.

I am also living in one bed flat with wife and planning to bring parents next month. Was about to apply for family visitor visa but looking at ur case I think will go for general(touriest) visitor visa. As I am also concerned they will give this overcrowded reason.

Another query is - If a bring daughetr on tier 2 dependent visa, and then if I change job in a couple of months then do I have to send her and my wife's application again with mine?

just had a call from DX delievery services, Home office chose to deliver ICFN cards ... they can only deliver at home and no office address .. other only option to collect from london which is miles away for me ... don't understand if they send passport and all original documents via royal mail then...

I gave my biometrics on 5th march by going to Crydon Home office... still waiting for visa ... although their guidlines says .. if u don't receive ICFN card within 10 days after biometrics then call us ... so i might wait for 2 more days and will call ...

hi friend, I was in kind of similar position .. as i appleid and lost my debit card .. and once u sent the application HO don't answer to any queries about other way of payment .. i simply filled the payment page .. attached a cheque and sent it to them very next day ... and didn;t hear anything fro...

hi ppl, i applied for tier2 on 25th jan along with wife's visa in same envelope... unfortunately lost the debit card by which was paying for wife's visa fee of £50... mine was paid by employer... so very next day sent cheque along with covering letter to explain wht happnd... its more than 20 days ...

thank you again ramesh .. as you said called bank again and explained them everything ... they gave nthing but sympathy .... and said once cancelled can not do anything abt card ... also said all payments done by computer n not manually so we won't know when HO going to try for this payment and bla ...

hi ramesh, thanks for the advice ... i told the bank same but they said ... card do get lost many times .. call home office and explain them situation.. I am not sure home office will entertain .. and we don't have much visa left .. just don;t want my wife to go back to india and apply from there on...
