my in-person experience

My In-person experience, they ask you all your relevant documents even the expired passports or relevant photo identity etc.They photo copies those documents. It would be wise to send those details.

Reason for rejection would be provided

As far as I know , You will be provided the reason for rejection. If the reason for rejection is fund maintenance you can provide the bank statements or otherwise appropriate document as request.

I agrees with crowbars and Push regarding the timeline and document to provide after refusal.

I believe just saying passport as an evidence enclosed details in visa page of her passport would do. to be mention it in the cover letter as well.

What should be filled in B5?

Thanks for the response. I have got the stamp in her passport from Indian embassy change of surname as an onservation. But my new passport has spouse name filled with her first name followed by her new surname.

what should i fill in B5? Is the stamp in her passport is the affidavit?
