Thats true.. they havent explicitly said that it will count..however, for ILR the rules are that time on WP/tier 2 should count.. but then again.. they could just change that and say tier 2 ICT would no longer count..which will be very unfair though.. but lets hope thats not the case.. I understand they didnt exist in 2008. At the moment in 2009 are they considered the same , work permit = tier 2? i.e in my next renewal in June 2010 will it come back with tier 2 on it
