Are payslips for set m vital? How many do you need? My husband who is applying may have a couple recent payslips missing but I have all mine.

He applied as spouse in original application, so section 10b definitely doesn't apply to us? It's confusing because it says 10b spouses and civil partners, if you are applying in this category, you must provide the following in addition to the relevant documents specified in 10a

In section 10b it requires the marriage certificate to be submitted. When we applied for the spouse visa we submitted an English translation which was done in china but this was not returned to us.

Translated documents

We need our marriage certificate to be translated into English. It just says on the guidance that it must be accompanied by a reliable English translation. Who can we get to translate our documents? Can we do it ourselves?

Can studying on a spouse visa affect ILR?

My husband is wanting to go back to university, will being a full time student on a spouse visa affect ILR? He will probably have a part time job as well.

I've read that the landlord is liable for council tax if the flat is in multiple occupation ie the tenants have separate agreements and rent. So my point is that whatever the landlord does with the council tax has nothing to do with the tenants and hopefully not affect our ILR if for example landlor...

Council tax needed for ILR?

Can anyone tell me if we have to be paying council tax to get ILR? Our landlord is paying it for us so we do not have anything under our name. Does the home office do checks to see if you are paying?

Yes I am British, so if i am a student and my husband is working this will not affect his application for ILR? If at least one of us working can he still get ILR?
