For MN1 it is clearly mentioned in Guide that One referee should be a professional who has engaged with the child in a professional capacity, such as a teacher, health visitor, social worker or minister of religion. brtish naturalisation - joint application - references

Hi all,

We are going to apply for naturalization in Sep 2012 under joint application. questions is
do my husband and my self need separate references or same references will do the job?

My husband and I both were granted the ILR at the same time last year on 23rd Sep, 2012.

Thanks
Shweta

ILR for work permit holder

Hi, I hold work permit for 5 yrs which is going to expire on Oct 2011(Sep 2006-Oct 2011). I have heard in news that who are going to apply for ILR after July 2011 they have to complete 8yrs in order to be eligible for ILR. Will that rule also be applicable on me as I will apply for ILR on Sep 2011 ?...
