let me rephrase my question can i submit OCI application and collect OCI on my husband's behalf?

I want to apply OCI for my husband, myself and a minor. Can i just go myself and drop the application?
Also, do my husband need to go and collect his OCI or I can do that as well?

have you got your surrender certificate or not? I submitted on 2nd july in london office and today got the email that decision has been made. looks like a +ve news but cant be sure unless i get to see the docs. Shall pick up the docs next week.

one of our friend did it at hayes, london office it took around a week. Dont worry its not so long since you applied.

I have read this but my concern is:-

will there be any issue? as that is a referee form and we can fill it again

pasted the photo on AN and MN1 forms on referee page which should not have been done.
