I think you should call HO to double check with them and if it is the case, get another lawyer...some of these are thieves......£2500 for WHAT...that is wickedness....best of luck.

Hi emca, we are in the same situation, PR was issued on the 19th of January and I applied since december 2008. I guess I'll just go ahead and apply for BC...Fingers X it will go well. Have you any idea what steps to take? Please let me know if you have any information...
