I am married but my wife is in India & presently i am only applying for my visa right now and later i will apply for my wife should i have to produce my marriage certificate in my application?
thanks sushil will call HMRC on Monday and sort it out with them. Also i was reading few other cases on the forum. I have 6 points on my UK driving licence should i have to disclose it in my application? Will this effect my application?
Sushil thanks for your prompt reply. Can you please explain your second statement more elaborately which says "HO is concerned that you follow tax laws any how PAYE IS PAYABLE today or tomorrow to HMRC otherwise yr visa is issue".
Does it means that its fine if I pay my taxes after my visa?
