I would like to send my original statement to case worker. My qurey is do i have to send it to the same address which is printed on the application form or do i have to use the address given in the change of circumstances form. You can appeal with all your payslips + personal bank statements. Make sure amount in payslips +Bank statement matches to the second decimal.
