i think u re best of withdrawiing ur application and returning to make out of country
if you withdraw and make in country you will be rejected because you have overstayed which will count against you under imigration record well thats how i see it

yea arsenal but thats the thing he is slightly contradicting himself cos if he is urging the judge to use some discretion why didnt he do it himself because he is a judge as well the high cout judge will most likely think if this judge didnt over turn it then why should I I think I will just go back...

Wont you be able to get your result before then, if you can get your results you can apply even on the last day of your visa expiring provided you have also had the 800 pounds in you account by that day

well on the bank statements it shows how many days the transactions took so maybe this will persuade the judge if not
well seems like I am chasing a lost cause then

and if i didnt have minimum 800 pounds through out the 8 months that it? I dont know why it was delayed i bought a train ticket from south west trains and it didnt show up on my account until 10 days later it shows on my statements but i dnt ve any evidence to say why it took 10 days cos i dont know...

you can work whilst your appeal is pending if you already have a job, but u cnt get a job because no company will be willing to take u on because at the time you dont have any right to be in the country
