we are in exactly the same situation mate deadline on the 29th am guessing u got ur decision on the 9th of december.
I think we cant make new application because we have been given a right of appeal am not sure though

I overstayed whilst my visa application was with the home office, seeing as i had it pending does this actually count as an overstay or will it be overlooked
