PBS before july2012 adequately maintainenance apply?

Hi,

Could you please tell me,my wife came in uk 10jun2012 and now after two year she is applying ILR using SET O form
question is regarding adequately maintenance,,,is this apply for her application or she will exempt as came in uk before july2012
