Officially you need to leave UK within 28 days of losing your job [if you employer informs HO about your termination]. Your best bet is to apply for Tier 1 or some other visa unless you get another job with Tier 2/WP sponsorship. Please help... What if I apply for Tier 1 and don't get the approval ...
