u mean to say if i apply for hsmp extension, i wont get 3 yrs visa but a 2 yrs visa instead. and the points criteria also changes if i re-apply from india?
if i get a 2 yrs visa, will i be still eligible for my ILR. does it hav any effect to ILR or naturalization as such? pls advice.

@ push push, the criteria for in-person visa extension is to hav a valid visa, since my visa expired i think it wudnt be possible to get in-person appointment. I have tried for the counter visa process but the dates available are in feb. but can get lucky if someone cancel's his/her appmt. i think i...
