Re: lost old expired passport

Guidance states that you will need to provide the passport which shows your current leave to remain in the UK. You stated that you had used the old passport for travelling to UK initially and you have a valid reason for not providing (police report) I cannot see you having any trouble. Good luck. he...

You can claim earnings as long as you are legally permitted to work the time you worked, does not matter if you have been doing a fulltime course since for earnings they do not require you to work fulltime. As long as you have required earnings go for it you should have no problems. Yes it was a tot...

For being simple and honest :D. If your dependant can work for a ltd company that you have in your name and you can pay dividends to your name based on company earnings and pay yourself the salary for being a directory of your company and your dependant doesn't mind not getting paid much for working...

Unfortuantely No, the previous case where you found this was when HO gave the visa with a wrong valid to date of less than 3 years from the valid to of the previous visa. Hi Friends, Somewhere on this forum I read this Hi! I had a similar situation when I applied in December 2009. So I wrote an appl...

Re: Allowances not appearing in the payslip

allowances which are guaranteed to be paid every month and which are not as reimbursements to expenses can be included in earning. But, per-diem payments or on-site allowances cannot be used for points calculations. By your statement it looks like you are asking about per-diem, so in this case it ca...

As long as you are not using the per diem earnings to calculate points you are ok. I had showed more money in payslips and bank (reimbursements, non fixed allowances etc) than I claimed as earnings and did not get questioned. Yes true, though loans are accepted, you will still have to show funds in your account for 3 preceding months before you apply, so if you decide to go the loan route you will need to hurry up. You can pay off the loan the next day you get your visa and reduce the interest you pay on it. Most banks c...
