Even though I have provided my qualification proofs with my initial HSMP they still asked for my degree certificates while extending, this was an in-person appt. There is no harm in sending your certificates over if you sending your documents by special delivery. Make copies of originals and keep th...

Hi all, I have some queries below. Right now I am in INDIA. I have UK G...

Re: Hi

Try to get a post-dated visa to suit your travel plans, for ILR, 5 year period as of now is calculated from your date of entry to the UK and you might need more than 1 extension to reach the 5 year mark (it is not very cheap to get an extension, you never know the rules when it to comes to ILR at th...

Does this mean that someone who does not get any age points right now but earns above £40,000 to get 45 poitnts, have to earn above £75,000 to make the same? This will turn away a lot of high earning individuals - read as high tax payers(HO thinks that is not enough is a different issue). I am yet...

Re: Apply in person but documents will post back by next 2 w

That is really strange, it has been mentioned earlier in these forums that when the system in PEO were not functioning correctly PEO has informed the applicants that the documents with visa posted back to them and PEO has posted them back in 4-6 working days.
