Timescale after Call Letter?

Hi All, My mother won visit visa appeal couple of months ago and now have received the call letter from the embassy. Is there any time limit to resubmit the passport? Somebody told me that she must submit the passport within one month. Can anybody guide me in this regard? Can we submit the passport ...

Yes it sounds logical that the tribunal sent the judgement to the solicitor only. Now the long wait has started for the letter/phone/email from embassy to resubmit the passport. I hope to get it in this month or the next.

We've also received the determination but no call letter or phone call so far. My understanding is that after she'll receive a call letter and resubmit her passport, it can still take up to 2 months for BHC to stamp the visa and return the passport back. Did you receive the determination only in UK...

Thanks for the reply. I received the judgement through my solicitor. But my mother did not receive any judgement. She just received the refusal from embassy in May 2009. The AIT sent the judgement to my solicitor and a copy to the embassy. My understanding is that she will receive a letter from emba...
