That's strange. I received acknowledgement letter with the application reference number even though I applied through NCS.

After few emails I got this reply from homeoffice. "Thank you for your response. A decision was made on your application in March and a decision letter despatched to your address on 19th. I have submitted a request to have a duplicate letter dispatched, which should be sent within the next week...

This exact thing happened to me! . They told me they had my certificate and were waiting for me to confirm my ceremony booked for 5th April. It is difficult to see how a spouse will qualify if they dont meet the requirement of paragraph 287 of the Immigration rules. Check this link. Hi,

I am currently on Tier 1 visa. Due to apply for ILR in Feb 2012. I am covered under HSMP JR but my wife hasn't finished two years in the UK yet.
