Thank you for taking time to reply and accept my apology for not being very clear! My questions are: 1) UKBA says 95% applications processed within 6 months; this is the average time for all settlement applications. How long does (on average) UKBA take on elderly dependent relative visa applications...

Thank you very much or your help.

The employer has gone out of business now and I can not ask for P60 and wage slips. These relate to 2005/06.

Is it really a requirement to have a P60 for the last 5 years?

I have completed 5 year on work permit and i am planning to apply for ILR shortly but unfortunately i do not have P60s from my previus employers. Can any body guide how it is gonna affect my application.
