I told them that we have received MN1 approval when the lady from nationality checking service is speaking to me , and I think she does now what that is, called them again and got my appointment booked, thanks for your help Jambo.

We did manage to contact UKBA adviser today and now it is confirmed that points are given for bachelors degree as per their records..

Now with the new application Masters OD is sent

Somehow we managed to find the file(soft copies of docs) which we submitted during my brother's initial HSMP and we have claimed points for his Masters Degree as well but I don't know how did they consider it as just bachelors. Thanks for ur reply ,even in my case also it is same answers for J1 ,J2 and for J3 like in ur case. Is your 's/ur dependents visa successful by selecting J4 : NO ?

Reference Number 1 - Is this refers to Reference Number mentioned in the work permit approval(i.e HSMP approvalletter?
