hi safwan if you aplay 5/1 and you say you start lose hope i aplayed 23/ 12 and i receved my letter in 15 /2 and some people still waiting since october 2009 and nothing wrong with they application you shold not worry you will get it

i didnt call them again but i will call on next tuseday

eskar wait tow weeks and give them call and you will have good news

pcb dont worry you will get it tommorow its not 14 days yet from 25 till now its 8 days some time take 10 days.
they charge 720£ and they use second calss post i think if they charge extra 20£ and using first class post will be beter

eskar you right its beter to weat another tow week and give call and dont worry because is no bankholiday in this month i think your case will be fast good luck
