Re: VISA FEE NOT TAKEN YET

I have the same problem. I sent 5 FLR(FP) forms for my family members on 21/09/2018. Fees were taken out for 4 applications on 27/09/2018 but one was not taken out. I rang them and was told it can take a few weeks for them to process the payment.

The £2000 should be enough for the maintenance funds. So, what is the exact reason of the refusal? Was it because the bank statements did not meet the evidence requirements such as no logo,no a/c number etc. Your answers can confirm what the best option is for your case. If it is because the docume...

You can still apply for him a dependant visa of a PBS migrant even if he is over 18, provided that he is still in a full time education, not independent and has not form his own independent family unit (I.e living with his own spouse/partner and/or children), and he has previously granted a visa as ...

See below: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/studyingintheuk/students-rules-before-31-March/ I tried to find out what the old rule is for you but now there’s ...

Your last visa has expired. When you made the appeal, your stay here is by virture of 3c/3d Immigration Act, for the purpose to appeal. Once you receive the appeal decision, it no longer apply but you still have 28 days to re-appeal, and if you do re-appeal, 3c/3d will be on again for you. But canno...

Send in your appeal. By doing so your stay here is still legal. It will give you time to make preparation for fresh application but don't take too long to stay. when you are ready to go back to your country to reapply, send a letter to withdraw your appeal. Keep a copy of that letter and your flight...

PSW dependants maintenance fund

Hi, Could anyone tell me how much exactly needed to show in your bank a/c for your dependant, when you apply to switch from student visa to PSW visa? Is it 1600+800 or 533+800? Someone told me, the amount is actually 1600 because the 533 applies only when you are already in the UK as a Tier1 migrant...

Your documents are sufficient for the application. but you must also take note of the maintenance fund you need to show. If you have been in the UK for more than 12 months, it will be 533 and make sure you have all the proofs to show this. It seems there is a lapse between the time you been in the U...

Keep all the unsucessful letters you received from the employers. When you have about 4-5 rejected letters, go to the jobcentre again and tel...

Don't worry. They will let you in as long as you have all proofs. If they have too many Qs, call the college. This always happen to students at the airport and by calling the college personnel (get the mobile no. in case you arrive after office hrs) would solve the problem. ( I have been in the same...

Since you r a non-visa national, you can come to the UK to do a course of less than 6 months without a visa. But the earlier refusal may have some impact upon your arrival at the airport. Bring all the original documents including the notice of refusal on your person to explain to the immigration of...
