my son has been in the uk for 8 years as a hsmp/tier1 dependant.

we had a time reset as we had leave the uk during a credit crunch.

My son is 19 and has job offer. Is he eligible for a visa?

Can he switch to tier2 general?

I have not applied yet.

My tier 1/ hsmp visa expires on the 4th of October.

I have do not have 90 days left, so even though I have all the money I am not eligible as the money was kept in an incorrect house.

Hi, I held my maintenance saving in my wifes cashplus mastercard account. Its one of those prepaid accounts. Its been there 90 days.
