Paperpusher, I admire your sense of humour and very well understand what you are saying. The reasons I asked for proof and keep on going on is to clarify for myself areas I find grey and not to mislead or be mislead by anybody. I have done what you said and I have just one question to ask you at thi...

Paperpusher, I see you arguments and agree that is the view held by all. However, isn't it amusing that the same list of category of applicants listed in Paragraph 245CA(b) is the same listed again in 245CA(f) see below (b) if the applicant has, or has had, leave as a Highly skilled Migrant, as a Wr...

Hi Paper Pusher, thanks for the quite elaborate post, however you just showed the confusion I am talking about the more: From the links you provides: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/tier1/general/eligibility/ a) Your total points score must be at least 95 points if you currently hav...

sushdmehta, I have checked the forum and while I did see some information, a check on the home office website shows it is still possible and on the Points calculator you have to score 100 points. Celtic, there is no where that says that on the Home Office website, they said it would stop but you che...

What next when my 2010 PSW expires in 2012

Hello all,

Am wondering, I got PSW in February 2010 and it expires in February 2012.

I just got a job and was planning on converting to Tier 1 by November 2011, what happens now that Tier 1 would be stopped.

Just be patient and keep on trying the number as much times as you can, I assure you it would get through. Since different offices address different applications they are the best people to inform you where to send your documents to. A quick question, has the application fee been deducted from your ...

What is my status when my visa has been submitted for renewal.

Hi all,

I called them today, they asked if money has been taken from my account and if I have gotten the reference letter. They then gave me an address and format to send in a letter and passport.

Cheers all

Any other ideas on how to go about this.

Did anyone forget to include a document when applying, how did you get it across to them. Did you send it immediately or waited until they contacted you.

I would call first tomorrow as they don't work weekends.

DEPENDANT PASSPORT OMMITTED IN SENT PWS APPLICATION

Hi all, I applied for my PWS along Dependant (who has been in UK for over a year now) on the 4th of January 2010 and got my acknowledgement on the 8th of January 2010 (the letter sent was dated 5th January 2010). After submission I realized that we did not include the Dependant passport. We called a...
