ILR application date

When is the earliest that I can apply for ILR with premium service appointment?

Tier1 EC on passport is 6th Feb 2010
Entry date to UK is 2nd March 2010
My current Tier1 is valid until Oct 2016 (because I did Tier1 extension twice already)

Harassment at work

I am on Tier1(G) and will apply for ILR in Jan2015. I am working with my current employer from last 6 months and my boss has done enough of harassment and bullying and dearly beloved comments at me. I can't take it more and am thinking to file a case with employment tribunal. Will this affect my ILR...

Re: How soon can I apply for ILR?

Lucapooka, you said:

If you have leave that extends beyond the five year residence period (enabling you to complete five years), you can't make use of the delayed entry concession that has been cited.

is this really true?

Another question.

At the time of applying ILR from T1G, does it matter what kind of job one has done? If the salary comes from a job which is not that highly skilled, can it cause any problems?

Thanks

In my case, police registration certificate is not required, as I am from India. I think Indian nationals don't need to show police certificate.

Previous addresses in new version of Tier1 form

The new version of Tier1 form says that if I am living in current address for less than 5 years, then provide them only the previous address. In previous forms, they used to ask all the addresses in last few years, but they are not asking that now. Does it mean, I should only provide them only curre...

When I changed my employer, I received payment for unused holidays in my final payslip. Can I use this payment as my previous earnings for Tier1 extension? I am asking because this is not part of my normal salary.

Thanks
