Re: SET (M) Success - PEO Liverpool

Thanks khaledadda. I have one daughter. My earnings are quite a bit over the threshold required so I did not really worry about finances. I only showed what I actually earn (they had my payslips, bank statements for one year and letter for employer confirming this) and what I paid in rent (is all in...

Re: Australian Visit Visa for British Citizen

Thanks CR001.

I called the Australian high commision today and they said she will need to apply using a paper based application under subclass 600 and there will be a charge of 135 AUD and will take between 1-4 weeks.

Thanks

Re: Spouse ILR

Great - Thanks tmpmem. I was confusing it with when I applied for ILR. Although a different catefory, it was a same situation where I was issued the visa in February and arrived a month later in March but still applied for ILR 28 days from Feb's date. Is that because I already had one extension for ...

Re: Spouse ILR

Thanks Amber_. I thought there is normally a 90 days concession from the date the visa is issued and when you arrive in UK. Does that not apply to FLR(M) applicants?. Althought my wife arrived on 21st June '12, the visa was issued on the 25th of May '12. Thanks a lot for your help on this. Kind Rega...

Travel on other Passport after Naturalization

Hi All,

Quick question - I have recently been approved for naturalisation and the ceremony is on the 1st of April. After the ceremony, can I travel on my old passport and apply for British passport when I come back in 4-5 days?

Thanks

Re: Date of Issue on BRP -Urgent

Thanks for the response. I do have a letter dated 29th but that just says that your documents and BRP will be returned in the post and all the other information. Does not specifically mention that the ILR is granted today. On the safe side I am thinking to re-arrange my appointment with NCS for the ...
