I WANT TO APPLY FOR WP DEPENDENT VISA FOR MY SON ,WHICH FORM I WILL USE

my current visa will expire in dec 2011.and in which catgory i fall into

plzzzzzzzzzz reply my query due to recession i want to secure my self. at the moment i am on wp and my ILR WILL BE IN NOV 2011 INSHALLAH.
IS THERE ANY RULE THAT NOW I CAN CHANGE MY STATUS FROM WP TO HSMP.

i hav same case i confirm it from a lawyer n they told me that
those who apply for wp hsmp after july 2011 will get ilr in 8yrs but this rules is under discussion at da moment
