i am on ILR. My son has an ILR as well. My wife and second kid have settlement visa. What will happen to their status when i apply for uk citizenship?

It is an ILR dependent visa where it has an expiry and at the end of it you can apply for ILR.

Is her visa still valid as her visa was stamped as a dependant to my tier 1 visa? Now i have my ILR. If her current dependant visa is valid, how would i go ahead and get an entry clearance stamped for my child only?
