hi,
Are we not suppose to fill 1.2?
If not then how Home Office will know our (father) ILR status. As far as my understanding goes, MN1 does not require you to send your ILR biometric card to Home Office

Please correct me if I am wrong

my understanding is that you can apply 28 calendars days before your 5th work year anniversary i.e approximately 4 years and 11 months after you get your HSMP in feb 2008

fee is 465 f u apply for visa seperately. From 6th April, the fee is going up

the one I sent and was rejected had 10/09 written on the footer.

Now I have sent the application again which says 03/10 on the footer.

This version has cost me 3 weeks worth of time. However HO has refunded all the money back
