Good news on EEA2

Just to give you guys waiting for your EEA2 an update of my sister's application which she made on the 5th of January.
COA received after 2weeks and 5yrs residence card received today 4th April.
Time line is a little less than 3months.
I hope you all receive yours very soon. :o

Hi Blessed, as far as i know the EEA2 has no restrictions on it so you can claim benefit for your children if you have an NI number and can prove they are your children by providing their birth certificate. You can claim child benefit, child tax credit and working tax credit. But i don't know about ...

poshandbecks1, you can go ahead and apply for BC for your son, so long as you can prove he is your son. You have to naturalise your son using form MN1.

PR holders and British Citizenship

Hi everyone on this forum, hope you can share some light on this topic:
The question is can my brohter who has a PR apply for a BC for his 2kids who were born in the U.K but their mother is on a visa?
Or he will have to wait a year to get his BC and then apply for his kids?

alfjo, saying it was an agent that brought the guy into the country should not cause any problem. They just want to know the method he come here.
I will say that is a good way of coming here as most people come to u.k through agents and the agents end up taking their passports away.
