thank you, lets just hope (& pray hard) i will get the passport back on time...if not....we have no choice but to postpone and pay extra fees for change of dates on flight tickets :(

What is the phone number? Is it 0870 6067766. In the UKBA website, it said this "Do not phone this number to book a biometric appointment for a postal application in any other circumstances." Mine is a postal application, for my baby girl! Been ringing this number but no answered for many ...

i can't load the online appontment booking as well...can't do it at post office as my my dependent is below six years old. my baby is nine months old!
