What is the restriction on work although it is clearly mentioned in guideline that dependants can work full time.

OP asked if there is any way to apply T1-E on premium service basis, like same day.... go to counter, show everything and get visa might be by the end of day.

I personally do not think so that WINDOW service is available for T1-E. You can only do postal applications and then wait wait and wait.....

We went to notary public for same kind of thing, but he told us that he cannot do this. Notary is only for those documents which are used for abroad.
So the only option will be solicitor's attestation and his/her letter.
