Hi, I am a British Citizen through naturalisation. My wife is Chinese Passport holder.

If my child born in China, will the child be entitled to Bristish Passport at Birth?

hi oluwa112,

I suggest you call sheffield complaint office 0114 207 2966 if you want to know which office is going to consider with your application. I called last week after 14 weeks waiging time, they told me my application is at liverpool. :wink:

How to count 14 weeks on ILR application?

Hi, I sent my ILR set(o) form on 05/11/2009 by special delivery, payment taken from bank on 17/11/2009, ACK letter states on 16/11/2009.

Where should I start to count my 14 weeks waiting time?

16/11 or 05/11 ?? :roll:

I've just heart from my solicitor that another of his client a japanese guy just received his ILR on the base of 10 years long residence he sent the application: 2 October 2009 received ILR: 18 January 2010 that means there is no such a queue, HO just completes the applications randomly, no queue b...
