Checked with a Lawyer

Hi

I called 3 lawyers in London today who deal with Immigration and 2 of them suggested that its not an issue if you have been a director for over 3 months.

1 of them had the same comment as yours, to start fresh with a new company.

Its really confusing

Tier 1 - General - Renewal ( When to apply)

Hi All

My wife got Tier 1 - General last year. It is valid from 16th June 2010 till 15th June 2012.

The next renewal will be for 3 years. My question is how soon can we apply for the renewal, can we apply now ? and if so then will the new visa be valid till June 2015 ?

Regards

Thanks

I was able to get in-person appointment for the 17th June.

I hope if I meet the officer in person it will be easier for me to explain and show all needed documents.

What do you recon, is it a good idea?

thanks for the replay but

the checks were deposited as they came... and in India payments always came 7-8 weeks after the work was completed ??

I need to show these as earnings else I wont meet the points needed.

Is there any way I can make it simpler or clearer for the officer who will look at the case

Thsi will mean waste of time and money just to go back to India as she has to take vacation + we need to show funds in Indian Bank account (not enough money as prescribed at present) rather than a UK bank account + she has a job in UK
