For declaring the abovementioned FPN or PCN does the answer to question 3.1 "Have you been convicted of any criminal offence in the UK or any other country?" have to be YES? or NO?

Thank you very much skymoon. Reading the document (pages 4&6 as you mentioned) I can also get the conclusion that it must be ok; however section 3.3.2.e is worrying to me. I'm just worried if it is up to the caseworker to decide; or no, there is discrete guideline to follow for them. Can anybody...

Good luck with your hopes! 45. We encourage applications to be made at least a month before the applicant’s extant (still existing) leave expires. Applicants should note however that if the application is made significantly earlier than one month before the expiry of their leave, there is a risk of...

It's fine to do this and there is no need to give an explanation, but you won't be credited with the unexpired leave that currently hold. Your new grant will be for three or two years depending on whether you got two or three years originally. If you are hoping to apply for ILR you will have a sign...

reasoning for early extension

I am applying about 4 months early for my Tier 1 extension. My passport is less than a year valid and I will need to renew it within next few months. However my country's embassy (Iran) is currently closed in the UK, which means it will be a time consuming process to renew my passport (I will need t...

If dependants are applying at the same time as the main migrant, send the forms (together, in one envelope) to - the address mentioned in the Tier 1 (General) application form . I also have the same question. In the new application forms the postal addresses are different for main applicant and dependants. I am applying at the same time for me and my wife, can I post them within 1 package to:
UK Border Agency
Tier 1
PO Box 496
Durham
DH99 1WQ
