Re: ILR over 450 days out of country!

Under which category are you applying ? Personal Absence of 180 days for the past 5 years are allowed. And personal absence of 90 days in last one year is allowed. 450 days of personal holiday is not allowed. You must be paid in UK (incl. tax and NI) during your work trip and this should reflect in ...

It is not OK. You have to register all your dependents online, even though they are not accompanying you to the PEO. You need to have a letter from the dependents though. Mesmerised !! Anyhow, it says that every person attending should register. however in case of ILR set (0) it is not mandatory for...

Re: 180 days requirement for ILR

You dont need to provide any proof but need to mention all dates in the application form clearly. The entry/exit stamps on passport should be the exact dates. I'm surprised if they are not. HO has database of all entry/exits recorded from the landing card you fill when you land. You can request get ...

Work permit approval does not show that you have paid TAX/NI. You need to show this. You can take a chance as I said depends on the caseworker. Re: ILR SET(O) HMSP JR document requirement Question

There is no minimum balance requirement for ILR. Payslip and a/c stmt should be sufficient. If you can provide your P60's and P45's, that will be good, although I believe they are not required for HSMP applicants. Letter from your current employer, if possible, not required though. I believe you hav...

HO needs to know that you were economically active in UK and paying NI and Tax for all 5 years of your stay in WP/tier2 category. (some have luckily got through this rule in strict terms....) Re: ILR Eligibility Help

Considering that you are either on WP or Tier1/HSMP or combination of both. (but not HSMP JR) Sadly, you cannot apply in Dec 2010. There cannot be a gap of more than 180 days in last 5 years (and more than 90 days in last one year). You would need to consider for June 2012. You might require to exte...
