if possible try to get hold of your old gp/health visitor/nurse /dentist even the nursery nurses from where your toddler used to go for weight checks etc

i did try booking appointments for my family separately had 2 at the same time and the other 2 at different time and i was told that i would have to pay for each separately and so i had to cancel all 4.
