Just to let u know, if u don't receive acknow letter don't worry, it happens....

Thanx mate..... Have your money been deducted.. This acknowledgement letter i think this is the problem with many of us. My solicitor also told me that they sometimes never send any letter. I am just wondering that is our file now in the que or yet to be concidered or lying down somewhere...... Ple...

I applied on 5th January and haven't received the letter yet....

I even don't expect acknowledgment letter any more...
More than two weeks passed since I sent my application. Hope everything will be ok...

I don't know, maybe... I paid through postal order. Check with your bank also you can try to call HO, but I doubt they'll tel you anything.. I called but they said they can give info on outstanding application only after 14 weeks!!!

Don't worry... I haven't received the letter yet and I applied on 5th of January... My friend who applied in November received the letter after 3 weeks and she got the visa the following week... Some people never got the letter but they got the visa

Yes I called on Friday... They asked did I send it by recorded delivery and that i should check post office tracking number. I checked and according to post office they received it on 6th... The guy from HO said that they can't tell me anything and they can't help me... Btw, I sent all relevant docu...
