A letter has been issued by the Uni for PSW application with all the required information on it. But it a...
It's Bangladesh, which allows dual citizenship. does ukba inform the London embassy or stamp old passport to say that the holder has acquired british citizenship?
Due to travel requirements the previous non british passport needs to be used to travel before applying for the British passport. Since naturalised does ukba inform the country of origin or stamp the previous passport to say you have acquired british citizenship? or will the old passport be ok to tr...

This board has been a lifeline during the long application process with more accurate, applicable, up to date valuable information than provided by some solicitors. Thank you all especially sushdmehta and PostMan, ever so grateful.
Try get a reference from the student admin or to issue a letter with all required details on the PSW application form ie name course start end dates awarding body and stating that you have successfully completed the course, which you almost certainly have.
Has any of the lucky people who have received their ILR on 10 year long residence basis recently submit bank statements or pay slips as additional evidence with their application?
Could anyone kindly advise if several applications were made for student extensions in a 10year long residency application in time, but the visa stamp was stamped out of date due to delay in processing by the home office how this is going to affect the 10year residency application? The applicant has...

Could a post study work visa holder apply for Tier 1 work visa through an emplyer not registered with UKBA and 've worked for six months part time immediately before applying? Thanks
Could someone please clarify the status if you did apply ontime but if the UKBA took several months in some cases (ie 10year long residence, where they can not apply in person) for their decision, Will they be able to backdate ILR and allow naturalisation in 12 months? Thanks
Does anyone know of any Masters courses starting in March for my extention from within UK? Computing, Business subjects or even any other subjects? Thanks
Could someone please post a template letter issued by the Uni for a successful PSW application instead of degree certificate since my certificate is not due till June and my personal tutor is providing the letter, so that I can ask her to ensure all points are mentioned accurately. Thanks
Exactly! it is lawful residence. Then why the hell has the home office got this page up saying that any time spent under post study is not valid for time you need to complete to qualify for indefinite leave to remain?
Duplicate Post Unfortunately it has not been answered yet accurately. The Home Office site insists that PSW category does not leave to ILR? http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/tier1/poststudy/settlement/ Therefore please someone provide some evidence in support of PSW validity for ILR?
