plz i need urgent help regarding the extension of visa for my brother.actually his tier 4(general)visa is expiring on 12th march 2012 and he did the level 7 course his college given him result letter issued on 20th feb 2012 but on his result certificate the course start and finish dates are 20-09-20...

it cost about 5100 pkr.

@iqraa i can understand ur situation as u r waiting for ur passport for almost 2 months and its very frustrating that they made the decision on ur case and still u waiting for 2 weeks and so on.but inshalla ur wait wil b over soon and u will get the visa.plz do share the outcome.i just need one favo...

@uma103 its entirely upto you r u going for appeal or making a new application.but just consider the fact even if u lunch ur appeal from uk that would b quicker to get the outcome but even though at least it wil take u 9 to 10 months to get ur passport stamp in case if its approved.so if u still goi...
