when they say they are processing may 2011, that means that they are only opening the file for may 2011 applications and request all additional reports needed, etc. all the prior applications are processing in progress, awaiting for all those requested reports. usually processing takes around 6 mon...

Do they ask any additional docs once you submit the LTR application? Because, their requirement is Passport Copies, Garda Stamp Copies, GNIB Card. I heard that from some they ask Employer Contract Letter as well. Is that correct? Is it wise to send the empolyer contract in advance? Or should I wait...

This is what people are doing i..e waiting :roll:
Even LTR applications takes long time to process (from this forum I come to know that its around 3-4 months)

This 6 month time frame for naturalization is nowhere near.

My GNIB card expired on 22/06/2011. :D On 04/07/2011 I received the call for citizenship. the letter request me to send the 950 fee and the GNIB card before they send me the date to attend the oath ceremony.Do I have to renew the card before I send it in or could I save the 150 euro ?
