hi
my wife is in uk ( belfast ) on eea permit, she has permanent residence. she want to fly from dublin / eire to thailand, can she do this ?

i will be accompanying her and my child. i dont want to buy tickets only for her to be refused to board airline

thankyou, i have some questions.

i am long term incapacited , is this an obstacle ?

which route should i use the EEA permit since i am from belfast and hold both uk and irish passports ?

will my marriage situation be an obstacle , as i say i am now seperated 4 years allreay.

hi, i submitted wifes pr app in uk on 1 nov 2012. does anyone know how long it could take, m inimum and maximum waiting times, and also if she is granted her PR STATUS is she allowed to leave the uk to go back to thailand for say 1 year ?
