Application sent to VFS(in person) - 11th Feb
Application sent to British Commission - 11th Feb
Application Under Process - 16th Feb
Visa Approved - 18th Feb
Passport & Documents received - 19th Feb

I have also tried clarifying this from other sources. And its been understood that as for every transaction, the transaction dates are available...it should be fine..

Apart from my monthly salary, I have also earned performane based incentive every month. I can arrange for an employer letter stating my incentives earned. I also have my bank statements wherein it was credited.
Can I claim for my performance based incentive? Please let me have your feedbacks.
