So you mean even if someone got IELTS, then too he will have to appear in that exam?
I did IELTS with 6.0 score. will I be eligible to go for master program ?

in my home country i worked as a salesman in a small shop, after a year i was an "HR Manager" in a multinational company......if u dont understand that wut peaople feel or do in the lower level position, u can never get max output from even lower level workers in any organization....u need...

Hmmm
so if someone got 6.0 band in IELTS, he can take admission in Master and dont need to appear in any other english proficiency test.....
